I made "Kohakutou" cutting sounds video this time.
Kohakutou is Japanese traditional confectionery, dried sweetened agar jelly.
And It looks like jewels and gems, so people like to call it "edible gem" ,"edible jewel" .
I made it by myself and It took 7 days to have this dry texture on the surface :D
