Was feeling under the weather again, so did something new... tried to include little snippets of some of the community's favorite triggers- skin care, measuring, follow instructions (eyes closed and open), thought plucking, guided breathing...and it gets darker as the video continues!

I think this concept would work a lot better somewhere without cars tho 💀 I think you can see me getting more annoyed as the video continues lol
