ASMR || Calming Paper Triggers and Rambles for you (Tapping, crinkles, whispering...) 📜💛

Hello guys!
Tonight, I have prepared some paper and cardboard triggers to help you relax! 📜💛
It's been quite a while (over a month, actually) since I just sat down and recorded a more classic video like this...

This video includes whispered close-up rambles, tapping, crinkles and some more paper sounds. I had so many triggers that I wasn't able to fit them all so if you'd like me to bring back the triggers that I didn't use in this video (I show them towards the end) let me know!

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called ‘tingles’). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as ‘triggers’.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
