[ASMR] Light Touch/ Tracing Hand & Arm Massage Sleepy time [No Talking][No Music]

You Join me & Subscriber Natalie for some light touch tracing of the hand and arm.
This massage is ideal to calm the mind, calm any stress or anxiety.
as i did this i focused on following meridians in the arms and hands which are energetic pathways, using my touch and my mind to connect with the Qi or Chi within.
Followed by massaging the hands using pressure points and sweeping movements to relax the muscles.
I wish i actually had another camera on Natalie as she was actually Drooling and falling asleep as i was doing this.

In case you havent been following these videos featuring Natalie, Heres a little back ground info on her, Shes a long term ASMR fan in particular an asmr massage fan, and has been following my channel since i began it. She reached out to me on instagram and we have talked in depth about asmr and how it helps her relax, deal with her anxieties and how she watches the videos in bed to help her sleep.
After talking a while we arranged for her to come spend the day with me and film some videos. We had a great day and Natalie faced her demons like a boss.
Now Natalie is also well known on social media mainly facebook as both her and her husband had a complete lifestyle change losing lots of weight and now help others wishing to make that change....

With other 10k devoted fans they help people turn their life's around both Natalie and her husband were both overweight but together they lost it and began a path of helping others.
But still the anxiety lingers for Natalie so for her she finds watching Asmr videos and especially asmr massage videos incredibly beneficial.
Ive named this head, neck and shoulder to ease anxiety as by the end off filming this any anxiety Natalie was feeling had clearly melted away and she was feeling relaxed and amazing.
