Brief yoga moment - Pincha play

One of my favourite arm balances...pinchamayurasana. Advice for this pose...engage those bandhas, remember to breathe, (if you can't breathe...go back a step) keep elbows below shoulders and have active legs. This list is not exhaustive and I am rather, well, quite a lot tired from last night's live stream and therefore...all kinds of fluffy.

I will take a look at the community tab as I recently asked people what they might like to see next. I'll come up with something a little bit different if possible and record once I have had a bit of a break because I am in need of some 'me' time to catch up on my work.

I am all kinds of scruffy because I was in a field watching a sow being introduced to a boar. Best hour of my day so far.

Some time in the wee small hours of the night, you tube kindly got rid of 4000 subscribers. I am amazed that there were so many inactive or dud accounts. It's good to spring clean.
