In this week's video we are focusing the energy towards stagnant energy in our DNA, loosening up the stagnancies behind generational trauma and habits. I'd like to go deeper into this topic in other videos, as I mainly guided the energy towards it rather than talking about the topic. I am not calling in the Reiki energy as I am becoming more and more confident in my own healing abilities and my own way of "freestyling", and following the energy and my awareness.
