Build a New Gaming Computer with Me

Happy late 4th of July to the Americans out there! I hope everyone had a wonderful week. I went on a brief vacation - something I haven't done in about 8 years, saw some family, stayed in a nice hotel and came back slightly more exhausted than I left.

My former PC, Spud, has one of the first Intel i7 CPU's and has been my power hungry beast for 7 years. He is ready for an easier life. The RyZen CPU's have benchmarked similarly with the Skylake i7's in gaming (not quite as good) but have pretty much wiped the floor with video editing and rendering, so I jumped ship.

This might not be very relaxing. It's hard to flex metal and fiber glass without making a ton of noise, and my work space has a forever-ambient oscillating sound of the AC unit. It's kind of soothing to me, but my squeaky table is obnoxious.

And the results are in - this video is rather long, compared to most of my ASMR ones. Editing and compiling took about 60 minutes, where my 920 i7 would've probably taken 4-5 hours. Might not be the super-awesome-gaming-rig, but she's somewhere in the middle.
