Just relaying what I was told and I asked a bunch of questions lol. Will update if I find out more info on his diet.

Yes, a plant based diet does lower cholesterol, but processed junk food may hinder progress. All I'm saying is to be more diligent with your plant based diet and try to get quality foods, supplement when needed, and develop healthy habits and lifestyle choices!
