ASMR Follow The Light For Sleep
Hello Lovelies...
A lot of you have been asking for a light trigger video for a while now & ive had many say how much they like the light parts in my roleplays so i thought i would do one for you. Those of you that love visual triggers especially light will love this.
I start off with a white light with the light on, i gradually dim it then turn it off. Once I've used the white light in the dark, i use a UV light which looks purple/blue/pink which creates a soothing pretty light. I then use a red light followed by a green light. Finally i combine them together. Please relax & follow the light. I hope you enjoy this light trigger video x

What is ASMR?
