Today’s video is about making pasta. Tagliatelle Bolognese.

RECIPE:

400g Tagliatelle noodles
400g ground meat (beef)
About 150g pork belly (sliced and chop into small pieces)
Around 100g bell pepper (sliced and chop into small pieces)
About 200g carrots (slice and chop into small pieces)
Some celery
Vegetable oil
Some milk (3,5% fat )
Red wine
About a half table spoon of sugar
Half table spoon of salt
Some tomato paste (I do not use tomato sauce to make this bolognese sauce)
Some ground black peppers
2 large shallots (If you don't have shallots, you can use regular onions as well)
