Relaxing Back Massage To Help Megan a loyal subscriber sleep. In this video we used coconut oil that Megan Brought with her that she uses on her skin herself, Megan explained to me about a rather severe skin condition that became so severe it made her bed bound it was during this terrible time that she found my channel and by watching my videos she was able to relax and sleep and over time slowly heal too. However her skin still is very sensitive hence the need for using coconut oil to massage her. To further aide in the sleep therapy I've added the sounds of a river to help soothe you to sleep and relax you.
