I`m eating vegetable wok with some delicious pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, and fresh salad.

Curry Wok
- Eggplant
- Squash
- Paprika
- Leek
- Chopped tomatoes
- Coriander
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Balsamcio vinegar
- Bouillon
- Creme Fresh
- Thai Yellow Curry Paste

Salad
- Tomatoes
- Baby tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Strawberry
- Broccoli
- Salad mix
- Coconut Flakes

The pasta is readymade, and I just boiled it for 2 minutes.

The Indian Papadums/Bread is readymade, and I put it in the oven for 1 minute.

What is ASMR?

ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. It is the relaxing, tingling feeling you get in your scalp and head, down your neck and body from calm, triggering, soothing sounds and visual stimuli. Tapping, hair brushing, whispering, scratching, touching. The list could go on forever. Not everyone experience ASMR. It`s usually discovered by accident in childhood.
