Greetings all! In this video we show a relaxing back massage and a combination with gentle sound techniques by Anna. These are great ASMR sounds for relaxing and falling asleep :) Sound therapy is a method of healing based on the effects of frequency vibrations on the human body. Sound healing dates back to ancient times and it is difficult to determine exactly when this method originated. However, historians conclude that sound therapy arose in parallel in different regions with no cultural connection between them. This is one of the proofs of the effectiveness of this method.
