DISCLAIMER: I am in no sense a real doctor on this matter nor am I studying lucid dreaming, this video is meant as an ASMR trigger and sleep inducing session that will hopefully either let you fall asleep and/or get into a real lucid dream of your own :)

Lucid dreaming has always been fascinating to me and thus I wanted to combine relaxation, ASMR, roleplay and a guided visualization in one video and this is the result :) Please comment if you like it and if I should do more videos like this :)
