ASMR || Up-Close Slow Face Brushing (Tongue Clicks and Popping Sounds)

Tonight's ASMR video includes Up-Close slow face brushing for some relaxing visual triggers to help you fall asleep. For the auditory triggers, I incorporated some tongue clicks, popping sounds, and other mouth sounds. This ASMR is to help you guys relax and feel sleepy. I hope the pace of this video helps relieve any anxious feelings.

ASMR has always been something I turned to if I was stressed or couldn’t sleep. It’s brought a lot of peace into my life and has had an impact on anxiety in the best way possible. ASMR allows me to focus on auditory stimulus that distracts me from intrusive and negative anxious thoughts. The interesting manner in which ASMR can trigger so many senses captivated me in a way nothing else ever had. Through my growing interest on how it’s helped me cope with my anxiety my passion grew, pushing me to start this channel. My main reasoning was to perhaps create content that is relaxing and stimulating to help others de-stress. I’m a small growing channel but Im so appreciative of the positive community that surrounds ASMR. You are all very special and deserve a life of peace. We all do.
