Hey guys, today I tried a very unique ancient buddhist thai stick massage for pain relief. This was a dry massage which means they don't use oil. The doctor first did a consultation to understand what problems are and were my body was tense and stressed. After he started the massage using a stick to work on all of my knots. He focused on my upper back, he gave me a back massage, neck massage, shoulder massage. After he walked on me and did some back cracking and neck pulling. He really did an amazing job and I felt so good after this massage!
