I've also found that when I listen to people read in normal-sounding voices, not necessarily soft, that I experience more ASMR as it reminds me of childhood, so I attempted something new which was a switch from soft to normal-sounding reading.

Warning, I am a STUDENT learning French so I have made speaking and reading mistakes and I know. I am learning and will continue to learn until the end of my days. ~
