Many people know the benefits that apple cider vinegar really offers.

Some Benefits include balancing your pH, lowering your blood sugar, supporting weight loss, supporting digestion, and more.

And so when we look at apple cider vinegar, many people want to get the absolute maximum benefit out of it.

We will explore, when to consume apple cider vinegar for maximum benefit, what you need to watch out for when consuming apple cider vinegar drinks.

So let's get started,

When you consume apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning, you will become extremely energized from it because it balances the pH.

It also helps balance our electrolytes if you add a little sea salt to your apple cider vinegar, and it also can even support some detox if you add some lemon with sea salt as well.

So first thing in the morning is a really great strategy, and many people like that, as it helps them feel energized and ready for their day.

Another strategy is to take Apple Cider Vinegar while fasting. It helps decrease hunger pains so you can go much longer without a meal.

It also supports balancing your blood sugar, so if you drink apple cider vinegar during fasting, it will support that.

The next strategy is taking it before meals. This is good because apple cider vinegar, for one, is gonna help decrease your blood sugar.

So if you consume apple cider vinegar before your meal, you'll typically have lower blood sugar after finishing your meal because of the vinegar.

Apple Cider Vinegar also helps the body become more sensitive to insulin, which means that your body is gonna more efficiently move insulin into the cell.

Lastly, drinking apple cider vinegar before meals is going to support the digestive process.

So if you're eating some starchy carbs, if you're eating meat, then it's going to help break down that food and support your digestion.

The reason apple cider vinegar is really great before bed is because when you drink apple cider vinegar at the end of the day it is going to help create balance throughout the body.

People who consume apple cider vinegar at night before bed find that they're able to sleep better. They also are not getting that that stomach acid that can sometimes come up and burn your throat, and the other thing is that when they look at their blood sugar in the morning, their blood sugar is typically lower as a result of consuming apple cider vinegar before bed.

So that's a powerful strategy to help just create balance at the end of the day in your body.

So what I wanted to tell you to watch out for when it comes to consuming apple cider vinegar is that if you drink it and you get an intense burning in your gut, then there's a good chance that you could have an ulcer.

And so, if you're someone who's drinking apple cider vinegar and you're just holding your gut going, Oh my goodness, how could people do this?

It hurts so bad, and there's a good chance you got that ulcer.

So take a step back and really focus on healing your gut.
