Hey everyone, today I tried Chinese acupuncture with a Chinese tuina massage to fix my back! This treatment was done in Bangkok, Thailand. The doctor first asked me a few question to understand my back pain, then he suggested to do acupuncture and tuina massage. We started with acupuncture and then he used oil to give me a back massage and he even did some chiropractic adjustments! The massage was very relaxing and I enjoyed every moment of it!
