There will be a transition period where people will choose to remain in 3D reality, or ascend to 5D. This may feel chaotic, tumultuous or stir feelings of fear, uncertainty and anxiety.

You may be purging through illness, letting go of old cycles, behaviours, relationships and old beliefs. The system as you have known it is being challenged and is deteriorating.

Be careful not to be taken in by too much fear mongering online, particularly TikTok. Acknowledge it and be prepared, but don’t let it affect you. Choose higher vibration, love and unity. 🤲☮️
