I do a flashlight test, eye chart reading, and more (a lot of which was inspired by other ASMRtists like Gibi and Karuna!) I hope this helps you sleep and relieves any stress or anxiety you may have about the current situation. My goal is to post 1-2 times per week :) We'll get through this together!
