Reiki ASMR | Sound Therapy Session [Tuning Fork, Gentle Hand Movements]✨

Hello my charming cranberries, in today's reiki ASMR session, I'm going to be doing some sound therapy to help relax you to sleep, and also to cleanse your energy. I'll also be doing some plucking and pulling throughout, as well as some gentle hand movements.

I'll be going through the 5 elements, and making a sound for each of them, to help balance out the elements in your body, and focus on relaxation and healing. We'll have a crackling candle for fire, my amethyst pendulum for earth, tuning forks for metal, a swishing water bottle for water, and tapping on a wooden comb for wood. As always I'll be mostly softly speaking with a bit of whispering ear to ear.
