ASMR | Relaxed Afro Hair Play Sleep Instructions | Male Soft Spoken Voice | Massage/Brush/Scratch

Tonight I will be guiding you through a sleepy relaxation mindfulness body scan. This video features gentle hair play on a beautiful head of texlaxed (mostly relaxed) afro hair. The sounds of massage, brushing, and light scratching through this thick head of hair are divine!

About halfway through the video (28 min timestamp), I drop some interesting thoughts about what mindfulness and meditation mean to me. If you think that meditation is too hard just follow my instructions and I will teach you how simple it can be.
