Follow my Gentle Hand Movements and focus on my Up Close Whispering, and I guarantee you'll start feeling relaxed and sleepy. Today's ASMR video is all about the visual triggers of my slow and gentle Hand Movements (with lots of Personal Attention to your face) and the auditory triggers of my Up Close Whispering and Mouth Sounds.

Today I'll need you to focus both on my hands and on my voice. My Hand Movements will be slow, soft and almost hypnotizing. They'll help you put your daily thoughts aside and forget about your worries, while you follow my fingers all around the screen. I'll be extra close to your face, making it very tingly! Today's video includes lots of Personal Attention triggers as well, such as Touching your face, gently pocking you, Tracing your face, Invisible Scratching, Playing with your hair, etc.. There will also be some Hand Sounds, such as finger fluttering, and a little bit of Follow my Instructions type of triggers. You'll be hypnotized by the slow and gentle movements of my hands, making you feel very relaxed and sleepy.

And to make this video even more relaxing, I will be Whispering Up Close into your ears. You'll hear lots of Tingly Mouth Sounds. Today's video includes lots of Clicky Whispers and Breathy Whispers. I will be going on a little Whisper Ramble at times. You'll also listen to some Instructions, Words of Encouragement/Affirmation and you'll hear me Repeat Trigger words and Trigger Sounds too. There will also be a tiny bit of Mic Scratching paired with Invisible Scratching.

So find a comfy spot, sit back and enjoy some well-deserved long minutes of Relaxation 💤
