Hi! In this video I'm trying to calm you down after you've had a stressful day. I start out by softly speaking to you as I brush your face with my fingers, then I move on to a bunch of different triggers without talking. I tap and scratch on different objects, crinkle some tissue paper, shuffle papers, and light some matches. I then conclude the video by whispering and slowly counting down from 100 to 0 with hand movements. Enjoy! 😊
