This has become a highly requested video, many wonder what I eat on a day, as a vegan and athlete. On avenge I get anywhere from 70-100 grams of #plantbased protein DAILY.

This is what I had today, each day is different. I LISTEN to my body. It's very important you become familiar with what works best for you, to help you reach your fitness goals and maintain on track.

Meal prepping isn't for everyone, as it isn't for me. so if you know you won't be able to make DAILY healthy decisions, maybe Meal prepping is something to look into🙂
