Massage of the neck, chest and head to ease shoulder pain and Migraines. In the video I use a combination of massage, pressure point work and stretching to help ease the muscles to free up the shoulders to reduce shoulder pain but also used pressure points to balance her energy and reduce pain felt in her head caused by a build up of tension.
