Because this is "Your First ReikiASMR Treatment" I help guide you through gentle treatment finding areas that may feel tight and need some TLC. In the beginning I'll give some explanation of what reiki is and what I will be doing. I use multiple healing techniques to help clear out any stuck or blocked energetic places throughout your body. Also, I incorporate brushing sounds, gentle hand movements, and at the end I bring in my crystal singing bowl to add to the immersive experience. You may feel the gentle energetic touch of my hands as we work to ease you into a peaceful slumber. If you're looking for a peaceful sleep, then this session is perfect for you!
