Finding nature in a city (when it's 100+ degrees)

This is a video I've been wanting to make for some time! I tried to fill my day doing things outside or related to nature while being kind of limited by city living and the summer heat. By the way, I thought of my smoothie as drinking nature/fueling my body with it. Ama thinks I should address the pour, but I think it looks great hhaha 🧐🥴
