ASMR Reiki Clinic for Shyness (Collaboration with TirarADeguello)

Hello, welcome! This video is very special to me for two reasons. The first is that I got to work with the incredibly talented TirarADeguello who is a very good friend of mine and has an amazing ASMR channel ☺ Tirar has been so supportive of many newer and smaller ASMR channels and I am so blessed to have him as a friend and a supporter. I'm sure you have already heard of him, but if not, please check out his channel!

And secondly, I get to talk about something that is quite important to me, which is shyness and overcoming it. Shyness and social anxiety is something I've struggled with for my entire life, and I find that making videos on Youtube is a big part of helping me to overcome it. Any advice in this video is purely my opinion and from my experiences, if it doesn't work for you then by all means ignore it and try something else! We are all unique and have our own journeys.
