I am moving through many layers of present and past grief along my journey right now. This song was channeled for you and me for healing of deep grief and the wounding that comes with.

Additionaly, This song works with self doubt, feelings of not being good enough, and unworthiness. Greif isn't always a loss of a loved one sometimes its a loss of a dream.. a loss of time.. a loss of potential, a loss of the good things we always deserved but never got.

When we experience any type of painful loss in childhood we often internalize that grief that shows up as feelings of self doubt, inadequacy, and not feeling good enough.

We were always enough, we were always adequate, we were always loveable, we were always worthy, always pretty enough, always handsome enough, always likeable. This song seeks to bring hope and play to the inner child and any parts of us who may be in despair.
