Do you trust me enough to get you to relax with improvised ASMR?
Not my best work if you ask me, i feel i could have done so much better. so if this one is a flop i don't blame anything but myself. That said the lighting is super weird in this one it both too bright and too dark as well as being weirdly yellow and casting weird shadows on my face. So I blame that entirely :P

probably should include what's in this video somewhere. just some light stretching. i always find that relaxes me. then some soft clicky and tapping triggers on a couple items that should just be calm and quiet enough to let you drift off
also just realising now i didn do my fade in at the start... that's not great. I hope I didn't forget to edit anything else
