It has been A.MINUTE. since we have seen each other and I wanted to give you a brief rundown of where my channel is going.

Creating beautiful, calming content has been a desire of mine for years. Even in my past videos I used a very zen music to try and help the viewer relax while watching me.

I am really excited to be offering this new direction of videos for the present moment of time we are living through. Relaxing can be really hard if we aren't used to it. My goal is to help this process just a little so you can feel lighter moving through your days ahead.
