Y'all!! I popped a rib out of place from this. LOL I hope you enjoy.

I got so sleepy editing this. The ocean sounds are so soothing and comforting to me. I hope for you too. I'm working on improving my flexibility going forward. I don't actually know yoga poses so I just freestyle this. It felt good until the next day :)
