Morning yoga stretches

I'm giving my yoga one last shot on here. My entire physical practise this morning consisted of three things:

Supported back bends
Heart openers
Hip openers

There was nothing complicated or too strenuous but it was exactly what my body needed in order to balance things out for my day ahead. By their very nature, heart openers can trigger a number of different emotions; so never be afraid to let go and trust your body and breath

Yes it was dark but I don't usually open my eyes during my yoga sessions and therefore, it was exactly as it needed to be for me in those moments of stillness and the other moments that were just out of reach today
