Scoring:

0 - Tingling before the test even officially started is pretty awesome! Your tingles are very easy to trigger. You either pace yourself really well with your ASMR intake or you are just super lucky. Why did you even take this test? (I'm glad you did though!)

1 - Simple, basic triggers are your deal! You don't need all the extra fancy elaborate things to get your tingles going. Just you, the ASMRtist, and some old school binaural whispering. Perhaps you like a variety of ASMR beyond this category, but your tingles are in tip-top shape regardless! Congrats!

2 - You like a bit of mixing it up! A careful combination of volume, distance, soft speaking, whispering, and personal attention is what you need. Your tingles don't just pop up for any ol' video. You need someone taking the extra care and time to keep it varied. It's not that your tingles are THAT weak... you just like the ASMRtist to know what they're doing :)

3 - Maybe you've been watching ASMR for a while now... and you are starting to skip around a lot more. Where are the tingles? Why does it seem like you have to search for longer to find the perfect bedtime video? Maybe you just go back to the same videos again and again... But hey! It looks like you just need something a LITTLE bit weird to trick your brain into tingling again :) Seek out unusual triggers and remember to take ASMR breaks every now and then!

4 - Are you okay? You've barely touched your tingles... But hey at least we got them back! Maybe you just need things to be a bit more intense... Closer, deeper into your ear drums, some layers to really get it going... Although let's be honest. You could probably use a tingle break. Try cutting out ASMR entirely for 2 weeks to a month! (Without doing little checks throughout!) Maybe it'll help :)

5 - Well okay! We did it! Yay! We just had to squeeze out those tingles like the very, very last bit of toothpaste in a VERY flat tube... And we only had to be really silly and intense to do it! Look for some really intense and weird ASMR. It seems to be your thing! That said... how about we switch off the ASMR for a bit and take a tingle break! Replace them with nature sounds, white noise, binaural beats, non-ASMR meditations... Just for a few weeks :) Or not :)

6 - Okay. Maybe this one is on me. Maybe you just don't like how I do things? Or maybe your tingles are long, long gone... I know that you really, really need SOMETHING to help you sleep at night and even if there are no tingles, it's still relaxing... But as someone who is constantly exposed to ASMR because it's my job, it really can help taking a break from ASMR for like a month! ........ Unless you're a sneaky sneak who has never experienced tingles and you're just here for fun! Ya rascal!
