• Ciao a tutti!!! Dunque, il video di oggi sarà uno "storytime": vi parlerò brevemente dell'ansia, con cui ho convissuto per un periodo della mia vita, e di come ho sconfitto gli attacchi di panico. Ovviamente NON SONO UN MEDICO quindi tutto quello che vi dirò riguarda me e soltanto me, ho deciso di parlarne perchè mi è stato chiesto più volte e perchè spero che il mio video possa essere di supporto morale a chi soffre di patologie legate all'ansia perchè, vi assicuro, si può guarire (con il giusto aiuto).
