Got those pesky Knots behind your shoulder? we all get them from time to time and this soft and deep tissue massage is exactly how I help to ease them up in my clients. I'd actually start be easing up there neck and chest working on stretching and mobility to stretch and lengthen any short tight muscles, before I attack the back to smoothe out and get the tight but long muscles moving again in and around the shoulders. For some people this can be a little pain but for most its incredibly relaxing leaving them feeling amazing afterwards.
