HOW TO ROCK AT MASSAGE

A great technique to both begin or end your massage session is using a technique called kambiki or rocking, you can do this at the start to help calm the nervous system, but can also be used to disperse jitsu energy, relax the muscles or even wake the client up at the end of the session.
The key to rocking at massage is to move from your hara or center and not use physical strength from the arms this way your own body will flow and they will also flow too.
