Age is mostly irrelevant to me...it's all about the state of mind and attitude. So I hope that this might inspire one or two of you. Unweighted and weighted leg raises that don't really require any explanation but it is worth noting that popping 5kg weights on the end of your legs, is decidedly challenging.
