Hey guys!

Say hello to Merlin, my cat. This little guy I rescued some time ago, has been meaningfully changing my life somehow. I don't know why, but he likes appearing in my bed every morning at 5 to wake me to go to college. It's funny; somehow he makes me some company and this little guy is amazing. He's approximately 7 months old in this video, which I filmed yesterday.

Purring ASMR is somehow pretty cool, because you can figure how animals can produce such relaxing sound and trigger ASMR. This whole science has the potential of being something even more meaningful in the actual day. And now the fact that a little cat can produce such a nice sound, wow.

I am sorry for the constant cuts in the video, my camera can't record pretty well and stops recording because it's a little bit old :/ but at least I could grab some of the sounds and video.

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterised by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia.

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterised by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic, visual and digital media stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attentional control.
