Today's ASMR video will a 40 minute long compilation of the Best Triggers to Help you Sleep and Tingle. You'll relax to the "channel's favorite triggers", as I'll be doing all those triggers that get the most comments on this channel. These triggers will be divided in 8 different segments and they include: Whispering, Nail Tapping, Face Brushing, Mic Scratching, Gentle Tapping, Inaudible Whispering, Up Close Whispers, Mouth Sounds, Face Touching, Face Tracing, Gentle Scratching and a Whisper Ramble with Cupped Whispers that will help you Relax and Sleep.

You'll be able to sample a few minutes of the best ASMR triggers, and there will be one trigger that will be a constant throughout the entire video: Whispering. You'll hear 40 minutes of a Whisper Ramble that will also vary in intensity, since I will be moving the microphone in order to produce Soft Whispering as well as intense Up Close Whispering.

As mentioned before, this Relaxing ASMR video is split into 8 different segments. Each will include a specific combination of multiple triggers. Below is a brief description of each segment and its triggers:
1 - Soft Whispering and Nail Tapping (and Nail Scratching)
2 - Face Brushing with makeup brushes and Intense Up Close Whispering
3 - Gentle Tapping on an iPhone screen & a vinyl croc pencil bag with Soft Whispering
4 - Mic Scratching (with windshield cover) and intense Up Close Whispers
5 - Close Up Inaudible Whispering, Breathy Whispers and Mouth Sounds
6 - Face Touching, Face Scratching and Face Tracing layered with Soft Whispering
7 - Gentle Scratching on a variety of items (glitter makeup bag, sequins notebook & croc leather bag) with Soft Whispering
8 - Up Close Whisper Ramble with Cupped Whispers

I'm confident that you'll be able to Relax and drift to Sleep throughout the entire video, as all the different triggers have something in common: they are all slow, calm and soothing. However, if you find yourself not enjoying one of the segments, I made sure to create some Time Stamps, that will let you jump to the following segment.

So find a comfy spot, sit back and enjoy some well-deserved long minutes of Relaxation 💤

TIME STAMPS:
0:00 - Nail Tapping
5:02 - Face Brushing
10:50 - Mic Scratching
16:18 - Gentle Tapping
