ASMR Back Massage with Cupping | SLEEP THERAPY [No Talking]

Lauren has been coming to me for a while now and volunteered to appear on the channel, when i asked what she would like to appear in she straight away told me she wanted to try cupping, I think partly because I hadn't done cupping on her before and partly because I know she also a subscriber so she knows I've not done it on the channel in a very long time. Now Lauren is quite unique in have beautiful stretchy skin in part due to having very soft fascia so in this video you will see lots of fascia work, lots of stretching and skin rolling combined with deep tissue massage and cupping which is great as they create a negative pressure and from a western point of view they help warm the fascia which then liquifies and reforms into improved patterns reducing pain and stiffness, in the east its believed it draws out stagnant Qi allowing the energy to flow more easily and thus help the body naturally heal itself.
