Jess loves a arm massage and has often told me that she thinks massage therapists neglect the arms in order to work other parts of the body. And Jess is right even I tend to neglect the arms unless I think my clients issue is coming from the arms, but the arms are such an important part of the body we are using them all day! So in this massage I start working the neck then move down the shoulders into the arms, then massage the hands even throwing a little light touch in here and there...
