Ingredients:
2 cups / 17oz / 480g / 480 ml heavy cream
1 tsp/ 5g / 5ml vanilla extract
1/4 of a vanilla bean (optional)
1/8 tsp salt (a pinch)
5 eggs (the yolks)
1/2 cup / 100g / 3.6oz / 120ml sugar + a little more for topping
