These are all questions we have asked ourselves a million times over before deciding on something. This ASMR video is all about soften spoken positive affirmations to change your life. I am here to relax you and help you gain more confidence in your decision making with positive affirmations and a soothing voice. About 15 minutes of pure soft spoken ASMR from the heart to help you relax and get you back on track to being a happier you!

I know we have not done a positive affirmation video in a long time but that's mostly because I do not like to force this type of content. Affirmations should always come from the heart and shouldn't just be a repetitive mess of "you are so good" for content purposes, in my opinion. I want to make sure what I put out has meaning when you listen to it. I want my words to sink into your brain to help in some small way if you are dealing with a lot.
