Sometimes, not a lot, is more than enough. These two exercises are some of my absolute all time favourites...not least because, the sock sliders are a lot of fun and I get to polish the floor, but because they pack a lot of punch and intensity when I am looking to focus on some key areas. The first exercise is one I have used religiously for handstand press compression drills and the second, for core strength, hip mobility and giggles.

I'm now off to rake leaves and chase dreams...not necessarily linked but collecting leaves in autumn is a reminder of the changes taking place and off the need to protect those things that are more vulnerable, including humans. It is a time for chopping wood, making sure that my wildlife habitats are suitable for hedgepigs and critters and for snuggling up in soft sloppy sweaters and big cable knit socks. You might be wondering why I have mentioned any of this in relation to the exercises but the cold weather does affect my exercise routine because I mainly train outside in the elements. Adaptation and innovation will keep me safe, inspired and motivated. Dare to be different. Dare to find new ways to do old things and never allow anyone to quash your enthusiasm.

Custom/pre-made videos. There are details of this on my community tab. I am considering continuing with these although there was previously a waiting list, I took a couple of weeks off from doing them altogether. I will see what happens.

I have no idea. I was intending to take a break but I have uploaded several videos ready for airing and so it makes sense to share them with you.
