VideoBlocks Review & Long Guided Relaxation with Affirmations, Softly Spoken for ASMR & Sleep

Hey y’all! In this video, I give a brief, softly spoken review of VideoBlocks, followed by a nice, long guided relaxation with lots of positive affirmations (starting at around the 4:00 mark). A lot of people asked for a longer guided relaxation video after I included a short one in my haircut video, so I hope this expanded version satisfies—I put a lot of thought and heart into it.

Love,
JB
