Soft Spoken ASMR - Positive AFFIRMATIONS ❤️

Hi there friend!
In this video you get slow and calm ASMR in a soft spoken voice. I repeat "I AM-affirmations" for self love / self worth / self-compassion. The video also contains sounds of fabric scratching from scratching my sweater :D

I know it can be so hard to talk lovingly to one self....Often we are so used to think judging thoughts. But when I have a hard time feeling love and acceptance towards myself I sometimes find it helpful to listen to these kinds of affirmations.
