Soothing Back massage to relax your muscles and calm your mind, in fact while editing this i found it even relaxed me. Now when Kim came to see me to film this she was suffering a little with exhaustion and stress following a relentless schedule of photoshoots, so I decided I wanted to mix alot of long soft strokes with pressure point work to help calm her mind, but i also added some deep tissue massage when needed. I think by about half way through she was sleeping softly

Welcome to My channel im Shane known locally as shiatsu Shane and i specialise in shiatsu which is a Japanese style body work designed to work pressure points and meridians to support healing within the body. But im also trained in many massage therapies, i created this channel in February 2019 to help people as i learned that through watching massage videos it helps to relax people and ease them of there anxieties, stress and worries even helping with insomnia.
